Update a location's contact details

https://api.precursor.com.au/api/v1/locations/

Updates the contact email and/or phone number shown to members for one location. This
is the only location edit the API (like the portal) can make — the location itself
(name, address, city, state, postcode) and the set of locations are managed by the
Precursor care team.

Absent or null properties are left unchanged; an empty string clears the value. If
nothing actually changes, the current location is returned and no audit entry is
written. Changes are recorded in your activity log.
