Reschedule with the member's agreement

Moves the booking to a new time immediately — it becomes Confirmed at the new
scheduledFor without the member accepting anything in the app. Because of that, this
endpoint requires an explicit attestation that the member has already agreed to the
new time: memberAgreed must be literally true, or the request fails with 400
member_agreement_required. To ask the member instead of attesting, use
POST /api/v1/bookings/{bookingId}/propose.

The member is notified of the new time. A booking in the legacy Completed status
cannot be rescheduled (409 invalid_status). The action is recorded in your activity
log.
