Remove a portal user

Revokes a staff member's portal access. The email in the path is matched
case-insensitively.

Last-admin guard: removing the only Admin fails with 409 last_admin — a provider
must always keep at least one Admin.

Removal takes effect at the user's next sign-in attempt (an already-signed-in session
expires on its own schedule). The removal is recorded in your activity log.

401Missing or invalid credentials (unauthorized). Check that both X-Precursor-Provider-Id and X-Precursor-Api-Key are sent and belong together.

404No such record for this provider (not_found). Also returned for records that exist but belong to another provider.

409last_admin — the user is the only Admin; or conflict — the provider record was changed by another process (retry).

500Something went wrong on our side (internal_error). Retry, and contact [email protected] if it persists.
