Get a document download URL

https://api.precursor.com.au/api/v1/patients//documents//download

Returns a short-lived presigned URL for the document's bytes (valid for about 10
minutes; the exact expiry is in expiresAt). GET that URL directly — no Precursor
auth headers — to receive the file.

This is a PHI disclosure: every call to this endpoint is recorded in your provider
activity log before the URL is returned. Returns 403 documents_locked while the
patient's vault is locked, and 404 when the document or patient is not found for your
organisation.
